Asiance worked with Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority to promote Las Vegas as a holiday destination for entertainment, food and culture to the Japanese market. To create buzz online and raise awareness among mature Japanese travelers, Asiance planned an offline event that can maximize social media reach in the market.

Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority wanted to promote Las Vegas as an exciting holiday destination for entertainment, food, nature and culture in Japan.
Asiance delivered an end-to-end execution of a digital influencer campaign which included planning, sourcing, managing and executing an influencer event in Tokyo through the event platform Peatix, and a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram.

Over 15 influencers, 260 guests, and 30 media influencers attended the party, creating a lasting impact through a large social media reach.
Asiance implemented a full digital experience for Las Vegas in Tokyo - from recruiting the venue, an MC, and an EDM DJ, virtual reality experiences, sensational green-screen photo shoots, Instagram promotional contests, influencer content creation, making a social media video for futher reach to advertising - a perfect way to spread content throughout the entire Japanese digital ecosystem, and allow people to enjoy the party while naturally introducing them to Las Vegas’ points of interest.
