Tumi is a luxury manufacturer of suitcases and bags, well-known for its extremely high quality and expertise in travel luggage. To gain more followings and engagement among Korean audiences, Tumi developed its presence in the Korean digital market within the local top messenger application-originated social platform, KakaoTalk - Kakao Channel.


To communicate better with local audiences, Asiance launched the KakaoTalk Channel and set up a Kakao TV account for Tumi; constantly uploading and seeding with organic content. In order to continue generating touchpoints for expanding the availability for audience reach, we created and operated numerous campaigns for increasing brand awareness and recruiting new followers, as well as expressing Tumi’s excellence in its identity.
To increase the number of Kakao Channel followers, we executed a variety of Kakao Ads, including Bizboard, Banner Ad, Video Ad, etc.
Tumi strategically applied different targeting options based on the user's interests and was able to recruit more followers by setting variable assets for each target group.

Tumi launched collaborative collections with diverse brands, and to maximize the exposure of the campaign, both Kakao and Naver ads were utilized.
